Women are underrepresented, underpaid and undervalued in jobs across the globe.

And we know that, whatever we say, women considering bp as an employer will do their own research.
They’ll read reviews. They’ll speak to other woman.
They’ll discover our leadership statistics, our pay gaps, our team demographics.

So we’re saving women the trouble. We’re being transparent about our gender situation as it stands.
Sharing the good, the not-so-good and the (sometimes a little ugly) truth.

Having an opinion. Starting uncomfortable conversations. Forcing change.

We’re recognizing that we can do better.
